Broadcast
Our most requested service is the staffing of technical staff. As a specialised temporary employment agency, we meet all quality and safety requirements, including VCU certification, NEN 4400-1 and membership of the NBBU. This way, you can be sure you will get professionals who are immediately employable and suitable for your project.
Petrochemicals
With payrolling, we employ your employees on paper, including all employer responsibilities and risks. This allows you to focus on your core activities, while we take over the administrative and legal burden. Although we offer payrolling, our focus is more on other forms of personnel services.
ZZP mediation
DB Group holds the NBBU quality mark for ZZ mediation.
We bring ZZP-ers into contact with our clients, ensuring that the right agreements are drawn up between all parties in accordance with tax and legal regulations. This minimises the risk of a fictitious employment relationship. We also take care of the financial processing of the invoices. This way, as a client, you work with experienced professionals without worries, and ZZP'ers can fully focus on their work.

Want to fill a position permanently? Then DB Group will take care of the entire recruitment process. We recruit, screen and select the best candidates, after which all you have to do is choose. The client pays a one-off fee for this.
Project solutions
Besides supplying personnel, DB Group can also take on complete projects. We carry out standard production work in our workshop in Enter, but we also work on location. This can be done with personnel only, or completely taken care of including materials and equipment.
