Broadcast
Our most requested service is the staffing of technical staff. As a specialised temporary employment agency, we meet all quality and safety requirements, including VCU certification, NEN 4400-1 and membership of the NBBU. This way, you can be sure you will get professionals who are immediately employable and suitable for your project.
Petrochemicals
With payrolling, we employ your employees on paper, including all employer responsibilities and risks. This allows you to focus on your core activities, while we take over the administrative and legal burden. Although we offer payrolling, our focus is more on other forms of personnel services.
ZZP mediation
DB Group heeft het NBBU keurmerk ZZ-bemiddeling.
Wij brengen ZZP-ers in contact met onze opdrachtgevers en zorgen daarbij dat tussen alle partijen de juiste overeenkomsten worden opgesteld conform de fiscale en juridische voorschriften. Zo wordt het risico van een fictieve arbeidsrelatie zoveel mogelijk beperkt. Daarnaast zorgen we voor de financiële afhandeling van de facturen. Zo werk je als opdrachtgever zorgeloos samen met ervaren vakmensen, en kunnen ZZP’ers zich volledig richten op hun werk.

Recruitment & selection
Want to fill a position permanently? Then DB Group will take care of the entire recruitment process. We recruit, screen and select the best candidates, after which all you have to do is choose. The client pays a one-off fee for this.
Project solutions
Besides supplying personnel, DB Group can also take on complete projects. We carry out standard production work in our workshop in Enter, but we also work on location. This can be done with personnel only, or completely taken care of including materials and equipment.
